Read MoreWith everything being shut down (as of my writing this on April 21st), and not being able to photograph actual clients in my studio right now, I decided to try to use my built up creative energy to do some self portraits and play around with different poses… well, I’ll tell you, it was a lot more work than I thought it would be! lol BUT out of all of the images that I took (and there were MANY!) I did end up with some that I am quite proud of!

I know that there was hand holding and gentle touches. I know that Dad kissed Mom, and Mom had a brave smile on her face. That might sound weird but being a wife, mother, employee, boss and friend is overwhelming at times like I am something for someone all the time and that someone is never myself.

They had already booked the garden at Green Villa Barn and Garden in Independence, Oregon and was hoping that I’d be willing to travel for document their big day.
